The Texas Pork Producers Association (TPPA) has the following policy on refunds on the purchase of goods and services from our organization:
Membership Fees: TPPA will refund any payment of membership fees within 30 days from the date of payment less any fees or charges incurred in processing the original payment and the refund.
Program or Conference Registration Fees: TPPA will refund any payment of program or registration fees up to 10 days prior to a program or conference less any fees or charges incurred in processing the original payment and the refund.
Fees for Other Products and/or Services: No refund will be made on the purchase of any other product and/or service provided by TPPA other than those listed above.
If you need a refund, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the refund request. We will respond quickly with information and instructions.
We currently ship to address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Texas Pork Producers Association values our customers and respects your privacy at all times.
